Maria is amazing at her job. She has been responsive to my questions. She follows up on maintenance appointments to make sure the rep comes on time and after the appointments to make sure the issue was fixed. She has made all warranty issues as simple as possible. She deserves a raise. I hope Beazer appreciates the work she does because your employees can make or break your business.
