You can now schedule a tour for a time that works best for you, accessing the home via a personal door code. We’ve also made it easy to discover the Beazer Difference along the way. Find a home in the community you would like to tour.
Select a day and time to tour the home.
Enter your email address to create an account.
Verify your identity through one of the provided options.
Check your email for home details and a code to unlock the front door.
DURING YOUR TOUR
Once you arrive, take your time. The home is yours to explore.
Arrive at your scheduled time – there may be other tours before or after yours.
Enter your unique access code on the device at the front door and go right in.
QR codes are available throughout the home giving additional information that you can read immediately or save for later.
AFTER YOUR TOUR
