Buying a home in a 55+ community means you will have neighbors with a similar lifestyle. While buyers of any age may purchase a Gatherings home, at least one occupant must be at least 55 years of age in accordance with applicable laws. Home resales, transfers of ownership, and leases must also comply with 55+ occupancy requirements, with each community’s association responsible for maintaining compliance.

What's the visitation policy for children under 18?

Spending time with your favorite people makes life worth living. Your social circle and family come in all ages, which is why everyone is welcome at Gatherings. Whether you’re a grandma, grandpa, great aunt, or favorite uncle, your family’s under-18 set will love visiting your new Gatherings home. In Gatherings at Ridgemont, children may visit for up to 90 days within a 12-month period.
