The estimated utility cost shown is generated from RESNET-approved software using assumptions about annual energy use solely from the standard systems, appliances and features included with the relevant home plan, as well as average local energy utility rates available at the time the estimate is calculated. Everything has been great. Everyone was supportive and answered all of my questions. I am a first-time home buyer so I had a lot of questions. They took their time with me. If I questioned anything, John made sure I was happy before I left. He went out of his way. Sarah sent all of the pictures to us. I was very happy with those pictures because we don't live close by.
