While buyers of any age are welcome, homes are occupied by someone who is 55 or older in accordance with applicable laws. Leases and resales or transfers of ownership must also adhere to the 55+ occupancy requirements, and the association is responsible for ensuring compliance.

What is the visitation policy for children under 18?

Social networks and families come in all ages, so Gatherings ensures you have the opportunity to spend time with loved ones. In Gatherings at Chamber's Creek, children may visit up to 90 days within a 12-month period.
